Ever regret your munchies?
I live on penny candies yuuuuuuuuuuuuum.
Every time i burn one i have this monster craving for sour candies, i go to the corner store by my place and pick $20 every few days
.
It's a serious addiction , i eat and eat till i feel totally sick to my tummy.

Actually, 500 calories that go unused is not a pound of fat. In females it is more like 2500 and males 3500.

Heh I don't get fat(as of yet) so I go to town on my pantry, as I usually hate cooking shit.
Though my stomache feelsl ike it's going to explode afterwards usually.

WHY IS EVERYONE SO FUCKING OBSESSED WITH HOW THEY LOOK!!! It fucking pisses me off how everyone is like im to fat im to tall im to short. life is to short to be worrying about how you look. and if you guys dont think i have anything to be self concious about well i dont have any arms. lol jk i do have arms but i am fat. so stop caring on how you look and just have fun and smoke weed (and eat a lot when ever you get the munchies:thumbsup:

I have 10-20 extra pounds on me, BTW, and I am not the least bit concerned. I love the way I look and I think if other people don't then they can go to hell.
The best part is when I gain weight my boobs get bigger

A Basal Metabolic Rate Calculator. This is how many calories you need to maintain your weight if you are performing NO activity, just laying down or whatever, like in the hospital.
For a 5'5" female who weighs 120 pounds the number is approx. 1300 calories/day.

I fuckin hate the munchies. I've been through about 3 or 4 phases now of getting blazed as fuck each night, pigging out, loving it and not caring because I'm so high, then waking up regretting it the next day with intentions to do it again that night. I'll do it for about a week, gain about 3 or 4 kilos, then stop smoking for 2 weeks or so and burn it off and be back down to the weight I like.
It only seems to happen at night time though, if I blaze during the day I perceive things differently and eat normally. But for some reason if I get baked at night, I don't enjoy it unless I eat, and eating is all I really feel capable of doing, besides lying there motionless watching TV.
I'm currently in the 2nd phase of my blaze up and pig out cycle, where I'm having a break from blazing and stabalizing my shit again. I'm considering trying eating weed instead, to see if I have the same problem when I get high that way. I don't eat take away or junk food ever, I'd just eat a lot of good stuff when I'm high, like a couple of sandwiches, chicken, beans, veggies, whatever. Some nights I'd eat a full days worth over 3 - 4 hours. Just eat, snooze, wake up feeling baked and eat more.
Some nights I'd cook a sensible dinner that I know would fill me up if I was sober, plan to blaze, eat it, and just chill out afterward. Never works though, I'd always go back for more.
I'm trying to learn a method to somehow quit doing that shit, but I love food, so it's really hard to resist, lol.
By the way Rebgirl, 600 calories really is too low. And Horror Business, are you sure that when you stand from sitting you're not just passing out because you're blood pressure drops so much because you're undernourished?
You sound like you perceive your high and what will damage is too much. If you're scared your high is gonna fade if you do something, just do it anyway and smoke more weed.
Oh yeah, Pbzeppelin90, you're gonna scare rebgirl, 3500 calories turns to a pound of fat, not 500.

i actually hate eating when i'm stoned. and when i'm not stoned i don't eat much because well, i dunno. even when my stomach is growling and it actually hurts i still don't eat. dunno why. it's been going on a while now. if i get the munchies thats means i just need to smoke more and then my stomach is good again.
it's ridiculous isn't it. i go for days without eating anything sometimes. just because i don't want to (for some odd reason).
