The discomfort you feel when you smoke is all the smoke making a resinous coating in your lungs. After smoking a decent ammount, the caoting gets thicker and their is usually less discomfort. The best way to get high, is take the biggest hits you can handle, and holding them in for as long as you can. The more smoke you inhale and the longer you hold it in, the more THC your lungs will asorb and the less weed it takes to get fucked up. I've takin like .2-.3 ish gram hits, held them in for over a minute, and blown out almost no smoke, and have gotton higher than i would smokeing .5 without over killing. personally, i like that painfull burn, wet ear, watery eyes, burning nose, super head rush feeling.
