I think it definitely depends on the person with Tourette's and how he responds individually to weed. Some people will have negative effects and some positive. There's probably no overall conclusion or generalization you can make on whether it'd be beneficial or not. It would likely also depend on the strain of cannabis, too. Different strains have different neurological effects.
birdgirl73 Reviewed by birdgirl73 on . tourettes im pretty sure the answer to this is no, but i figured id ask just for my friends sake: my friend has a VERY mild form of tourettes (i.e. only one tick, which is he opens the side of his mouth and makes a click noise), but is on medicine that completely stops it. i wanna get him high tomorrow for his first time, would cannabis interact with his medicine? i told him that even if it does, it would probably only be for the duration of the high..
