Can you feel T.V's and Monitors?

Does anyone ever come in the house or be in another room and the t.v. or computer monitor is silent but some how you can hear a faint buzz coming from it and you can feel it in a way. Does anyone else have this happen to them too or is it just me? Is it the radiation or something?

I'm glad you asked this, because I've always noticed it since I can remember, though I am more sensitive to televisions than computer monitors.

Another thing I've noticed is a funny high pitched noise coming from the computer when I click the log out button on this forum. Does anyone else notice it?
