Can you feel T.V's and Monitors?

I've experienced this my entire life. People around me used to think that I was making it up when even with the sound turned off, I could hear that buzz when a tv was on, and a high pitched ping when it is turned on or off.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm talking about! I knew I wasn't crazy!!
