Wow what a loser!! people who do stuff like that are pretty pathetic. I could see if you cheated on him, and then broke up with him, but just because your breaking up with him? what a loser be thankfull your getting rid of him! don't go to small claims court, will proably cost you more in lawyer fees then its worth! Just move on and think of it as a reaon to buy newer and better clothes
