Diet Coke is worse for you than regular coke

Splenda is debatable, it IS a false sugar, however, it doesn't show any signs of causing cancer.

I don't know if it has the sugar-tolerance dealio, though.

Whatever happened to Olestra? I never had any stomach problems with it, and it just disappeared off the shelves...
Purple Banana Reviewed by Purple Banana on . Diet Coke is worse for you than regular coke in the long run. Diet Coke's artificial sweeteners fool your body into thinking it is consuming sugar, so your body builds up a tolerance for it, and when you eat REAL sugar, you end up eating more. Rating: 5

^ I was in the store a few months ago and they have fat free Pringles with olestra.

I hate to say this but I'm a huge Diet Coke drinker. I drink about 6-10 cans a day. I may start buying the kind with Splenda though.

Coke Zero is a great alternative to Diet Coke. Still has artificial sweeteners in it though, but not as bad for you as the ones in Diet Coke.

I'll have to look for those Olestra chips, haha. I used to think they were called "molestra"...
