and that's not all folks... diet drinks contain phenyketinalynin (probably misspelled; i'm kinda spacey right now) which can ultimately cause death in children under the age of 12. also many other bad things for kids from phenylketes...

Phenylketonuria is a condition, albeit a rare condition that all hospitals test for at birth- it's essentially an inability to digest phenylalanine because of lack of certain proteins in the bile... We do PKU tests everyday at the hospital I work at, about 100 of them on newborns, and I've only ever seen one result as positive.

It's pretty rare to have PKU, but yeah, phenylalanine is REALLY dangerous for those with it.

Well i dont drink coke luckily, i just sniff it up like a hoover... but i think were talking about differnt types lol.

I only really drink water, OJ and the occasional beer. Liquor for me is just for special occasions.

Any type of soda/pop is bad for you. If you put a nail or a penny in Coke and leave it, doesn't it completely dissolve? Yeah, that is what is going on your teeth.. great stuff, eh?

I'll stick with water, the occassional Sierra Mist at mealtime, and beer.
