ya i know what u mean..like if i have a cold weed wud probaly make it worse but if i had somethin like a stomach ache itd help.. one time when i was really stoned i ate so much food i got huge stomach ache.. smoked some more and it went hehe

only time i smoke when i feel pain is when i have diaphram pains (hurt like a bitch) and cramps :stoned:

I'm glad you're smoking through it. I had basically the same thing for a week and a half, and smoking did nothing but make me feel great instead of wallowing in my misery.
