Why is there yellow shite on my seedling?

theres yellowing going on around the edges of one of my seedlings. i'm growing 5 total, but only one has the yellowing. they're 10 days old (from planting). got 3 6500k 30w cfls 1 inch from the plants, watering every two days, sometimes i'll add a little water each day though. temps are 82F. why the yellow?

Overwatering maybe? That would be my guess because I don't see any scortched or burnt edges & tips.

I generally think overwatering too...at this early stage it can only be one of a few different things and overwatering is at the top of the list of mistakes I have personally made. But, just to cover all the bases, what soil are you using and what is the pH?

i'm using basic "nature's premium" potting soil from home depot. it doesn't say what ph it is...but the marijuana bible i got says thats fine.
