 2) over/under watering
 3) poor ventilation
 4) rootbound
 
 Those are the very very common causes of that.

 overturned boat shaped leaves?anytime you get curled leaf like that it is over ferted overwatering makes them droop but not curl that is caused by to much nitrogen to be specific.

 roots showing at the bottom of the pot does that matter?

 overturned boat shaped leaves?Weird, the boat shape and the roots showing are both pointing to the plant being rootbound but the thing is TINY! 
 
 Ya know, I'd repot it into a very slightly bigger pot with REALLY light medium- like 50% perlite- and see if you get any improvement. But that's just me. You'd be surprised how much a re-pot can do to help your -um- pot...
