I dunno, maybe it's because when we're high we notice things we didn't notice before when we were sober and we hear every instrument and can pick it out easily to listen for and the lyrics are way easier to understand. In fact I swear about 95% of the lyrics I never understood came clear to me when I was high.

Ill listen to shit id never dare of even thinkin about sober just cause I like the beat. I hear the reason is because your senses get heightend but I believe thats bull. Listenin to my sister bitchin at me stoned is still as annoying sober. Or tryin to keep my eyes open can be hard too :rasta: And while im at it, why do we get munchies? A cookie to who can answer me.
