His insurace company cant get intouch with him he is never home when they call, and they wont cut me a check until they hear his side of the story because guess why there was NO POLICE REPORT and I could be making the whole story up.

I just hope that lady dont try and screw you over by wacking her bumper with a baseball bat and then gettin a check for it.
Damn that really sucks. Some cop tryed to screw my sister over like that, said it didn't need to be reported and crap. Don't remember what happened, the idiot smashed the back of her car up good.

I doubt the lady would get away with that, I had 2 witnesses in my car. Plus, shes crazy. Actually, my friend said he saw her once at therapy.
