first of all read to learn the light circles and the need of the plant, then buy your equipment, it wont be cheap, but it will last for many grows so i say give the money. If u want to go real cheap go with fluorescents, but what i believe, is that u should give i little more $$ and buy hps lamps (250W will be just fine if u grow 2 plants, 400W is even better ) and try to make a nice ventilation system with a few fans and tubes.
