Some crimes deserve more punishment IF its PROVEN IN A COURT OF LAW UNDER A JURY OF YOUR PEERS to have been a crime of racial intent. Killing someone in a robbery is one thing. Killing someone just because of race/religion/nationality/etc... is far worse.

and yes, under the constitution, even criminals have rights...sorry. even us lowly pot smokers.
