Dilemma

okay so i get paid tomorrow, and i was planing on buying a grow light from Ebay..

The only problem is, I cant use my debit card on the internet (i think its coz ive only had that account for a while or something), i dont have that much money in paypal, and my mom definately wont let me use her card to buy a grow light lol

so what can i do? theres a light shop round the corner, but when i went in to ask, he was like "umm, well, take a look at this" and showed me a huge catalogue full of HPS and MH lights.. then said "which one you looking for?" in other words, i need to know exactly what kind of light i should get? like, how many watts, lumens, whatever.. and whats the proper name for grow lights? its just, i need to know exact specifications, coz i cant exactly say "uhh yeah its for growin weed in my closet"

ghostoker go to the grow shop and tell him your after a 250 watt metal halide/hps compatible system,with that you can use a metal halide bulb for veg and then buy yourself the hps bulb later for when you switch to flowering.

thanks, that was a question that was creepin out of my mind also.Only i'm not learnt enough in hydro. I was thinkin of small pump system with homemade circulation and filtration system that doesn't have to coast a fortune or be ordered.
