hyper reality
im an insomniac and one thing ive noticed about sleep deprivation is the enlightenment that sometimes accompanies it. sometimes i'll stay up for a few days (im not a tweeker, ive never done tweek) and i'll notice things that dont seem apparent to the average person or even an above average person. i call this sense of enlightenment hyper reality. have you ever noticed that the world as we know it is just a bunch of simulated stimuli and nothing more? the world we live in isnt real, person a owns the b factor which in this case is a nice car thus giving the appearance of wealth, but in reality wealth is nothing more than a concept. money is nothing more than a concept. clothes are nothing more than a concept. everything is just a concept that is utterly meaningless and has no bearing in reality.
i dont know if what I call hyper reality is actually hyper reality but i consider it such, because that is the power that i have existing in the pyper real world, words are meaningless sounds and anything can mean anything or everything in the hyper real world that we live in today.
sometimes i'll see stuff that is there, but isnt there. its hard to tell what is really real when im on this trip. it isnt like an acid trip or mushies or even peyote, it is in itself a whole new world that is right under peoples noses and they dont even realize it.MastaChronic Reviewed by MastaChronic on . hyper reality im an insomniac and one thing ive noticed about sleep deprivation is the enlightenment that sometimes accompanies it. sometimes i'll stay up for a few days (im not a tweeker, ive never done tweek) and i'll notice things that dont seem apparent to the average person or even an above average person. i call this sense of enlightenment hyper reality. have you ever noticed that the world as we know it is just a bunch of simulated stimuli and nothing more? the world we live in isnt real, person a Rating: 5

i agree... but it is an old idea already... in Journey to Ixtlan, by Carlos Castaneda, we read that the world of everyday life is not real, or out there, but only a description of the world. "Everyone who comes in contact with a children is a teacher who incessantly describes the world to him, until the moment when the child is capable of percieving the world as it is described"
so, our notion of world is just one (of many anothers) way to percieve it. but as we only know this way, we think it is the "real". I strongly suggest to read this book. its great and have many enlightening ideas about the nature of reality, world and life.\"Everything we do, everything we are, rests on our personal power. If we have enough of it, one word uttered to us might be sufficient to change the course of our lives. But if we don\'t have enough personal power, the most magnificent piece of wisdom can be revealed to us and that revelation won\'t make a damn bit of difference.\" Don Juan Matus - Tales of Power
