it kind of depends on the quantity and what part of the country you're in.

i've only been popped twice, both times i was caught cold with no place to run and no time to do anything but smile. the second time the cop actually apologized to me, he was looking for a thief and stumbled across me instead.

When I got caught at school, I was sitting in the office with a supervisor watching me, waiting to be called into the principals office. I slowly put my hand into my sweater pocket, slowly grabbing it all and trying to compress it with my fist, and then just took my hand out and shoved as much in my mouth as possible while he was staring at me. The office freaked out, he was yelling i cant do that, all while buds where falling from my mouth cause I had about an 1/8th shoved in. I still got caught..but it was worth a shot.

Shit, I smoke in my car alot. I have a Tahoe and the windows are tinted, so we just roll around smoking a bowl or blunt and not even worry about pigs:smokin: "Fuck The Police" lol yea but ive yet to been caught yet. And very suprisingly my parents have no clue that me and my sister are both huge pot heads, and smoke in the house everyday.

Just be chill about it...I could have been arrested for so many things so many times now that I think...but I was calm and talked to them like a normal person, and I've always gotten off...even some serious stuff lol (ya I was an idiot sometimes in high school).

That's why I don't mind cops really...they always let me go...but if your being a bitch or obviously lieing (some people really suck at lieing) they're gonna be pissed and use their power.

It's all a power trip with cops so you let them think they're in control, you'll probably get off if its something stupid and small like sparking.

I completely agree with you! Most people get themselves into trouble by acting up, when all you have to do is be real polite and contrite. They don't really want a problem, so make it easy for them to let you go :stoned:
