I was caught 2 different times with weed before I had my Cannabis Card. Both times I told them the truth, they took it from me (both times was around 1/8), and let me go without a ticket. Cali cops are usually pretty cool about it if you tell them the truth. They didnt even break my piece.

Yeah, this is pretty much what I was going to say. Out here it's not worth the paperwork for the cops to bust you. As long as you're cool to them they'll usually be cool to you. Of course they'll take it, unless you're in San Francisco or Santa Cruz where it's practically legal, there they won't even take a second glance at you.

its weird because when me and my friends are in a smoke spot smoking our blunts the cops will usually roll up for a second, chill then just leave.

i dont get it, i know they see me smoking and this shit is getting me parinoid as fuck. like these niggas is just waiting for me to do something crazy. because this shit has happend many times to us. i just hope they are leaving us alone or something

I'd hit it as hard as i could and tell them you were going to bust me anyway so i figured i'd enjoy as much i could before you took it. I woudn't be a dick about it, the few times i did get caught i was up front honest and got off with a ticket. but then anyone know of a cop that would spend hours on paperwork for just a joint? if so let me know so i can stay far away from them.

...well apart from the time it fell down my trowser leg because i ware boxers. It got caught at the bottom of my jeans, when the cop was searching a mate, I made it fall out and kicked under the fence. Scary shit.

I some cops were rolling up on me I would ditch my bag and piece and then (hopefully before he got to me) face him and pull my pants down and yell, "Hey! I'm taking a piss here douche bag!"

P.S. I would only do that if I was in the woods though. I'd split in the city, they wouldn't catch me.. hopefully
