If you know what port it's plugged into on your router why don't you just follow the cable to the box?

Could be wireless.

I go to my DHCP server and see what addresses are leased out. I see all of the ones I remembered, but theres one extra. Ah, I knew that I was forgetting something. I do a quick run through my house to locate the machine. Its no where do be found. I can access it from inside my network, so it is joined to my domain. It responds to ping. I know what port its Rating: 5
