a snoring bedpartner sucks, but it is fun to be able to beat up the person sleeping next to you! hehe.

From my observing my hubby, it doesn't seem to make much difference. Of course, we rarely go to bed straight! lol And my observations are just for my hubby- no studies have been done that I know of, anyway. Cannabinoids are useful in sleep modulation according to a study. Apparently CBD promotes alertness, while (as we all know) THC can make you drowsy.
