A decent quality fertilizer for grow... you could use lots of different things, there's a line called Jack's Classic that a lot of garden stores carry that has the micronutrients. The schultz line is okay to get going on anyway. Alaska fish fert is a great N source but not a complete fert with micros, so you have to get them elsewhere. Just look at the NPK and your N should be about the sum of the P and K for grow stage.

I have two strains, one seed from a good bag I had and some seeds from Dr. Chronic which are Afghan. I chose Afghan because Stinky Attic recommended it as a good strain for first time growers.
