Semi on topic, but what would be good practice for growing cannabis? Something legal that would maybe even interest your parents

grow it outside in the summer and if your parents see i just say it is a big ass weed or you never saw it, throw a seed or two in the garden if you have one and harvest it then kill it before anyone knows any better. keep it out of plain sight.

lil josh, i know how you're feeling and the way some members would rather patronise than help is beyond me, perhaps they forget what it was like to be a stoner when they were in their teens or whatever - its probably been decades. The best way to do it if you're living at home, i found,was to keep it under your bed with a uv light on it at night for a few hours, and on your windowsill being left to itself behind your curtains/blind or whatever during the daylight hours. That is what i did and sprouted something like 19 out of 25 or so seeds which continued to grow to about 4/5 inches within a week.

However, there are points being raised that need to be understood. Your parents WILL get into trouble should feds raid, so if they don't know, keep it on the low, that means all your mates - the only person you should tell is who's house you're planning on moving the bigger plants into to continue growing, and shift them as soon as they start to smell so that ya rents dont go rippin ya babies out the earth.
Should feds ever raid, the answer to their questions is - 'My parents did not know they were here, i never told them nor did they know i smoked cannabis - this is entirely my fault'. As fucked up as that may sound, it's there house on the line.

But don't get me wrong, go for it and grow some killer plants, just play safe.

I wouldn't bother growing in those conditions mate. The smell would be a dead giveaway for a start. There was a great thread on here called "my 2nd hide from the parents grow" or something like that so look that up for some ideas at least.

growing without the homeowners consent is immoral and just plain wrong!

go plant in the woods somewhere out of the way, it's safe, it's not on your property, and you don't have to sneak around your house. i grew outdoors for years before going indoors (which i had my OWN place, so no secrets)

im going to have to agree with all the "old timers" i feel you should eithier grow outside or with parents consent and knowledge. growing without thier consent is immoral and wrong just my 2 cents :upsidedow:

you can't grow plants with UV light

growing under your bed is just about THE most dangerous way to grow

putting plants on a windowsill is going to give them a really irregular photoperiod and lead to stress and herms

and lastly... how the hell do you expect to flower a plant on your windowsill or under your bed?

OMG please stop encouraging this kid... he's already totally out of control... from his other threads I think keeping ANYTHING on the DL is a complete impossibility... if I were his parents I would have shipped him off to reform school years ago

i'm in the same boat your in man but am gonna wait till i got a place of my own. take it from the "elders" and just don't grow it in your room.

i am considering maybe looking for a place in the woods to grow but even that i'm not so sure of yet because of the worry of bugs/animals
