Our conversation ranged from trying to understand the quantum physical universe, to what insence stick provided the best aroma. At one point, she told me about ICE numbers. I asked her what an ICE number was, and this (in essence) is what she told me.... Apparently, in the UK, the emergency services are trained to look for an ICE number on the casualty's mobile phone.
