The city of Santa Cruz also just put similar laws into effect. Proposition K made it not only the lowest priority for the police to deal with, but also made it so that the county under no circumstances would provide money towards an investigation that the FEDs conducted, and also the city would not be allowed to give out information that would aid the FEDs in conducting an investigation. Pretty effin sweet!
