I've been taking a small amount of 5-HTP twice a day - it seems to help my mood because it regulates serotonin.

The advice about gluten in mrdevious' post is right on target. I've been gluten-free for a while because of celiac disease - I was sick my whole life and recently found that I have gluten intolerance genes from both my parents. Most people have at least a gluten-sensitivity gene and should avoid it as well. Cows milk is also bad - due to casein. Itâ?? works on the opiate receptors in the brain, much like gluten, and this is not a good thing.

Another helpful thing that is relatively simple is juicing - I've been making fruit juices that include blackberries, oranges, grapes, and apples every morning, and it's a great way to start your day, if you have time. I also enjoy carrot juice most every day.

Many, if not most, of your problems could be alleviated with a customized nutritional program.
