    Macro: What is a Calyx?! **PIC**

    This is a pic of a beautiful calyx from one of the CFL rubbermaid plants recently harvested.


    I thought this was cool since it was all isolated out there all alone instead of bunched up like you normally see them.

    Isn't it amazing that buds are just bunches and bunches of these swelled sacks?! So delicious.

    Anyone got some more "calyx" shots? Feel free to add!

    Oooooooh Man, you just reminded me of the fly/bee pics I shot in dam. Gotta get a hold of 'em. A BEE IN MID AIR. Took me at least 5 or 10 shots to get him. F**ker wouldn't stop moving!

    Those are some bad ass photos guys! I hope I can snag some like that a little later on myself.
    First grow, bagseed, smells like mango â?¢ 250W HPS cab â?¢ 7 girls harvested, ~6 oz yielded

    Second grow, 2x Northern Lights â?¢ 250W HPS closet â?¢ around 2oz yielded

    10x Satori and 8x God\'s Treat in a perpetual(ish) SOG!

    I did not see anyone answering your question "What is a Calyx?!"

    The Calyx is basicly the seed pod that holds the female ovule and 2 pistils that stick out to collect pollen so the plant may produce seeds.

    Very nice picture too btw.
