Have you ever been told by your partner to stop smoking pot?

smoking weed retards emotional growth... anything done habitually becomes a "coping mechanism" the last thing you want is WEED to become your coping mechanism..

for 2 main reason..
1. it cost to much
2. nothing OUTSIDE yourself should be a coping mechanism..

we must be the master of our mind.. not the other way around...

So I switched to guitar for my coping mechanism. Every night, instead of smoking a J, I call my girlfriend up and play her guitar for half an hour or so. I sing too.

It makes her pass out, and I'm so tired from singing that I go to sleep too.

I like this coping mechanism better than weed.

Well, my idea on it is... If that girl can honestly not accept me for what I am, and what I do... She isn't worth it. Not to mention, the second someone says something uninformed or ignorant about weed, I usually am automatically un-attracted... well, at least emotionally.

its not that i left them cause they wanted to "control" me, its just that if they dont like me smoking, they dont like me for who i am.

basically... before probation she was an even bigger pot head than i am (this was before we got together) she still thinks its cool an shit she jus dont/cant do it, i've seen her get 2 shotguns one time when she was drunk thats as far as i can say on the weed usage

most of my exes i met thru weed or weed dealers
