Yeap. My dad had kidneys stones, and the pain from them is one of the worst, i think it's rated up there with giving birth. He had the op and got them removed, but the week before the op when he was at home he was in such pain, he was buckled over and just couldnt get comfortable. He was in real agony, and it's the first time i ever saw my dad in real pain. This was like 10 years ago, and every now and again he gets twitches of pain, so he may have them again.

Damn lol, I was like drinking 2 glasses of milk today. I better cut back
..Also now that I started exercising again...omfg, I'm so out of shape I can't even touch my chest because of the tightness on it. It isn't on the inside, it's the actual muscles in my chest because of the exercising lol!

I take Calcium supplements, which include Vitamin D. Along with that, I take a Magnesium supplement.
I would skip the cow's milk, cheese, etc., and look at the other choices:

I am having a bowl of organic, hot buckwheat cereal every day - it's very rich in magnesium - which is necessary for heart health. Split pea soup, nuts, and many other foods are also good sources of magnesium.
