It's the calcium, not the vitamin "D", that causes kidney stones. A friend of mine, a 6 foot 3 carpenter, was absolutely helpless when the pain hit him. He said he wouldn't wish it on his worst enemy! Vitamin "D" is an oil soluable vitamin, which means you can take too much! Just get youself a good vitamin pill- it will be in there and you won't have to worry about it any more! And now for the "happy" news.

Storm Crow Reviewed by Storm Crow on . Bone strength As you all know I am overly concerned about my self in general, period. I can't help it. My latest concern is my bone strength lol..Basically I feel I'm not getting enough of this so I have started drinking more milk to try to catch up for what I have missed in the past, I never liked milk...period. The only time I ever had milk was in cereal and I rarely ate that. I was just wondering, how many glasses of milk should I have to get my proper amount vitamin D a day? :D Rating: 5
