It's the calcium, not the vitamin "D", that causes kidney stones. A friend of mine, a 6 foot 3 carpenter, was absolutely helpless when the pain hit him. He said he wouldn't wish it on his worst enemy! Vitamin "D" is an oil soluable vitamin, which means you can take too much! Just get youself a good vitamin pill- it will be in there and you won't have to worry about it any more! And now for the "happy" news.

Anyway, it boils down to, cannabinoids very well may protect your bones! I'm 59 and have had my bones scanned at 56 and 58. My bone density went UP very slightly! The tech said I had the best bones she had seen all day.
