Bone strength
As you all know I am overly concerned about my self in general, period. I can't help it. My latest concern is my bone strength lol..Basically I feel I'm not getting enough of this so I have started drinking more milk to try to catch up for what I have missed in the past, I never liked milk...period. The only time I ever had milk was in cereal and I rarely ate that. I was just wondering, how many glasses of milk should I have to get my proper amount vitamin D a day?
