orangeman Reviewed by orangeman on . Bone strength As you all know I am overly concerned about my self in general, period. I can't help it. My latest concern is my bone strength lol..Basically I feel I'm not getting enough of this so I have started drinking more milk to try to catch up for what I have missed in the past, I never liked milk...period. The only time I ever had milk was in cereal and I rarely ate that. I was just wondering, how many glasses of milk should I have to get my proper amount vitamin D a day? :D Rating: 5

Damn lol, I was like drinking 2 glasses of milk today. I better cut back
..Also now that I started exercising again...omfg, I'm so out of shape I can't even touch my chest because of the tightness on it. It isn't on the inside, it's the actual muscles in my chest because of the exercising lol!

I take Calcium supplements, which include Vitamin D. Along with that, I take a Magnesium supplement.
I would skip the cow's milk, cheese, etc., and look at the other choices:

I am having a bowl of organic, hot buckwheat cereal every day - it's very rich in magnesium - which is necessary for heart health. Split pea soup, nuts, and many other foods are also good sources of magnesium.
