    Low energy/concentration

As I continue my recovery from cancer, I'm finding it harder to gather any energy or concentrate. After finishing chemotherapy a month ago, I started to hit the gym again, working on a course to improve my skills, even partying some, going to concerts, and clubbin'. As time went on, I feel I am starting to get tired real easy, like I'm crashing, physically and mentally. It's almost like I can't do anything without the need to take a nap. My thought process feels like a muck, I can't think things through like I use too, it's real frustrating, I feel my intelligence has diminished.

I started smoking cigarettes again, even tho I'm not suppose to. I feel anxious and nervous all the time, like I need something in my body to keep going whether it be food, weed, opium, whatever. I can't live like this. I can't live being useless, unproductive, and bumming everything off everyone because I am unable to do it alone. I can't say I'm depressed, because I'm happy to be alive at all. But I'm losing what makes me fight, what makes me struggle to make it through this all, at times I just want to let go and stop, but I can't let myself do that.

What are some things I can do to improve my energy levels and concentration? To describe my energy level right now, I want to scream, but I'm too tired to do it.

    Low energy/concentration

    1. quit smoking cigs
    2. quit opium
    3. quit smoking weed - get a vaporizer and use it responsibly
    4. eat fresh fruits and veggies, preferably organic
    5. do something that is fulfilling, like a job or volunteering or a new hobby
    6. quit alcohol if you're drinking that
    7. try wormwood extract, look it up online as "artemisinin", it's supposed to be a natural cancer cure (don't laugh, there's research being done)
The fools are at the bottom of it all.

That was really good advice The Smoking Monkey gave you.

    I'll add one more:
    8. Give yourself a break. You're recovering from cancer, chemotherapy and, unless it hasn't yet occurred, major surgery. Your body is trying hard to recover, marshal its resources and regain its strength. It's understandable that you're both tired and depressed. Learning you have cancer at such a young age is a huge blow. Your head is still adjusting to that fact, just like your body is. Get the rest you need and take care of yourself!
