An old high-n here . not many responses as to extending the length of your buzz / making it last longer . I've been at it for 18 yrs. -n- i try to stay away from munchies , and pop . Sugar destroys a buzz way quick for me .
Been in the same boat for years , cpl. bowls last hour or so , i dont give my brain the chance to realize i'm comin dwn though . lol . Gotta feed a buzz -n- keep it going .
