I'm a morning person. By the time most of you read this (i know this for a fact because it aready happend ) I will have been up, been to work, and now im getting ready to start school for the day. I say you should try one of three things.

try out melatonin. Good stuff, i use it when i know i have to be in bed, but i don't want to.

Go to bed early. Do you hang out in your bedroom as well? I hear the more time you spend in your bed, not sleeping, the harder it may be to fall alseep. Same thing with being in your room in general, the theory behind this is well, you sleep there, so stay out otherwise.

Get your boyfriend to wear you out. My personal favorite method, everyone wins.

Good luck all of you late risers.
Skrappie Reviewed by Skrappie on . Not A Morning Person I've been trying for years to be a morning person. I've tried going to bed before 10pm but I lay in bed awake for a few hours or so. I have a difficult time getting up before 8am and since I need to get up for work, I try to get my body into waking up early and feeling good about it. It's been several years since I've tried being a "morning" person and every day, I struggle to get up and every day, I am rushing to get out the door. How do you "morning" people do it? Rating: 5
