try out melatonin. Good stuff, i use it when i know i have to be in bed, but i don't want to.

Go to bed early. Do you hang out in your bedroom as well? I hear the more time you spend in your bed, not sleeping, the harder it may be to fall alseep. Same thing with being in your room in general, the theory behind this is well, you sleep there, so stay out otherwise.

Get your boyfriend to wear you out. My personal favorite method, everyone wins.

Good luck all of you late risers.
Well...my boyfriend is out of the question as his libido is quite low and he prefers to have sex (usually a quickie) early in the morning and I prefer it at night....I have tried going to bed early and I still wake up tired as shit...whether I actually sleep or not. I've never tried Melatonin...I'll have to check that one out . Thanks.

That's interesting, Skink because my life isn't scheduled and I am faced with a lot of unexpected things everyday. Hmmm.....
