Maybe you could make up an excuse...a reason why you had to break up with her.

Other than that, theres not much else you can do.

I find myself stressed out and I think its time to break up. She is very emotionally unstable and she has told me that she stopped cutting herself because I came into her life. This just puts more pressure on me. I wont get to see her again for a long time and I have to do it soon or I'll end up doing bad in school because I am so stressed out.
