Yeah that could be a problem but cilia in your throat are only used to filter out foreign particles that then, could get lodged in your lungs. I have never heard of them being burned. But that could be just me cuz I suck at biology anyways...hehe

Really? Damn that's strange. I dunno man it sucks what smoke can do but it's strange because smoke hasn't burned my throat or lungs as I inhaled it since I can remember...I mean you don't even feel the smoke going down, it's so smooth .
