oh yea... and how old do u have to be to buy a lighter

Over here in France people don't give a shit!they'll give a lighter,cigarettes... to anybody above 11 and who looks like they're OK.
Alcohol is the same i was buying alcohol and getting drunk with my friends at 13yrs of age.
America is supposed to be the 'free world',well it turns out to be quite the opposite.
And to get out of a high I suggest going for a walk(it's really fun when high)it really helps diminish the effect.
