    MG Rose Food?

Yeah, I know miracle grow is supposedly crap, but I found this box of Rose Food around the house and I'm wondering if it might be useable for other purposes, and if so what stage of growing it might be suitable for.

    18-24-16

    Total Nitrogen (N): 18%
    2.4% Ammoniacal Nitrogren
    15.6% Urea Nitrogen
    Available Phosphate (P2O5): 24%
    Soluble Potash (K2O): 16%
    Soluble Copper (Cu): 0.05%
    Chelated Iron (FE): 0.10%
    Chelated Manganese (Mn): 0.05%
    Water Soluble Zinc (Zn): 0.05%
