Any idea what this could be?

It happens quite often. On the right side of my chest, where my heart would be [if it were on the right side], a bubbling feeling often happens. Kind of like someone is gargaling [sp?lol] water in my chest. It goes for a few seconds, usually 4-8,then stops..I can't see it happen, but I can feel it. Others have felt it too..im not crazy, lol. It doesn't hurt often, sometimes it does, but it happens throughout the day, and some days it never comes. I don't think its a muscle spasm caused from cannabis because i've had this before i started toking again. Any possible ideas? All are welcome!

Seems your upper-digestive tract is makinge excess gas, have you considered any specific foods that make you burp or get gasious?

Not really.. I don't eat too much junk. Often,around twice a week, I go a day without eating..I don't have a strong appetite.
