Annoying Brown SPots!(pics)

hey everyone im new to this forum i have moved from weedfarmer cuz no one is able to answer my problem and i like this one more lol..

sorry if this has been posted before but my problem is a little different and its hydro

here is my clone after 2 weeks these stupid rust spots didnt start showing up until about 2 weeks. my ph is at a stable 5.5-6.0 and it was acutally going above before when the rust spots showed up, but now its staying at 5.8.
the probelm is still continuing on my larger leaves and dont know what to do anymore.

Medium- LavaRocks(clened multiple times and boiled in 5.5 PH water)
Nutes- FLORANOVA
System- Ebb & FLow
Temp- ~70F+

I was just browsing this chart, cuz its very detailed.

Check the Calcium part those spots look pretty similar. But It could be a bunch of things I guess. Almost lokos like bugs or somthing is eating it and leaving somthing behind on the leafs. They almost look kinda dusty.

Yes those spots look exactly like calcium deficiency.
