Light/Plant Distance?
Right now I could only get my 1000 watt light 37" away from my plants, they are 4 weeks old. Is that ok?

Light/Plant Distance?
Why so far??? You need to try to gradually get it about 12 inches or under unless you have poor ventalation that won't allow you, but either way you need to get that light allot closer or you may as well be using a 400W at this point.

Light/Plant Distance?
yep ,
what the bear said .
general rule of thumb is if you can keep your hand at canopy height while under the light n just be cozy warm you'll be cool .
