Eating Problems
So lately I have been sick (cold, flu sort of deal). But I have been feeling very weak and I've been having trouble eating. Even when I am high and have the muchies I still have trouble eating and when I do i feel like Im going to throw up. Im worried because this cant be good for me. Does this have any link to smoking marijuana? By the way I am not anorexic or anything like that. I usually eat a lot but lately I've been having trouble. Anyone else ever experience this?

You likely wouldn't be able to keep anything down if you weren't toking! Cannabis is a good anti-emetic (keeps you from puking). Folks on chemo or who have AIDS use it for nausea and it works. Don't eat greasy junk food- stick to simple, bland, nutritious stuff. Eat small amounts. Drink ginger tea (just put a bit of ginger in water and boil it, sweeten and drink in sips- used to be a pre WWII morning sickness remedy. Ginger ale works too.) You might want to make a custard- it's just milk, eggs and sugar plus a little nutmeg or try some yogurt. Dry roasted nuts, dried fruit, cheese, jerky- all give a lot of nutrition for the amount of food eaten. Sleep as much as you can. The good news is, that stomach flus usually are over fairly quickly. Get well soon, Granny :stoned:
