is the depressed feeling normal?
Ive noticed it doesnt happen as much since I started smoking but it still happens.
After I finish reading or watching a movie that moves me in a great way(emotionaly or intellectually)I just have this incredible fear that I'll never experience something that good again. It is really hard to explain. I'll feel incredibly depressed for any given amount of time. Its been days, weeks, and months.
And also I'll obsess about unimportant things. Like yesterday i scrubbed one part of my floor for about five minutes. And I just kept doing it over and over then i I realized what I was doing. Ill obsess about a book series or a game. And usually I'll stay depressed until I find a new thing to obsess about. Despite the post name I KNOW this isn't normal. What should I do about it?wayoftheleaf Reviewed by wayoftheleaf on . is the depressed feeling normal? Ive noticed it doesnt happen as much since I started smoking but it still happens.
