you just have to go right places, and not only amsterdam. If u go to ams, visit homegrown fantasies for some sweet sative (they have the BEST durban poison in ams). I found my best smokes in Leiden and not amsterdam. And believe me, you'll get FUCKED the very first day you'll set foot in holland, nomatter where you buy from
