Need good advise in a hurry!

I am taking a pre employment urine test in 4 days and will have been clean for seven days. I got some xxxtra clean and have been drinking alot of water in the mean time. I way 160 lbs and i don't have much body fat. I have read alot of posts on here and was thinking of getting some vitamin b12 for color and some creatine so i won't get a diluted sample. I really need this job because right now im layed off. I really wasn't a heavy smoker before .....maybe a half joint a day. Any constructive advise will greatly be appreciated. I don't know if i should exercise or not where the test is so close. Please help!

Why is is so hard for people to include height and weight? Also, you said like"maybe" half a joint a day but I would rather get a more solid smoking history. It is vitamin B-2 and not B-12 that adds color back to urine. Drinking lots and lots of water days before the test will not clean you out any faster. Drinking lots of fluids the day of the test is the dilution method. You are right, too late to exercise or else the extra THC metabolites you burn will end up in the specimen cup.

Thanks for responding.........im 5'9" and 160lbs....averaged no more than a joint a day. Thanks for telling me about the vitamin b2........didn't know

Get a home test to see if you are a suitable candidate for dilution or sub.

I went today to check out the home tests and found that one test cost $12.00 at rite aid. Being unemployed i don't have much money so i didn't get it. I don't want to take a chance on substituting. Should i try to eat fatty foods from now until i test? Do you think i should take the b-2 and creatine along with the xxxtra clean the day of the test?

Not familiar with xxxxtra clean. What does the label say and what are ingredients? Probably a waste of money. Wait til day before test to eat fatty foods. Subbing is easy and 100% chance of passing.

not sure whats in it.......haven't received it yet...supposed to give you a 5 hour window to piss clean.
