if you doing field of green then probably like 9 or so, if not then 4 or 5. and one 600 should work but it will heat stuff up.

I think that mite be too big for a 400, a 400 watt is usually said to be good for a 4x4 space and 600 6x6 so that would be better.

1-4 in a meter square under 400-600w per m2.
ventilation will depend on how hot it gets there and what sorts are available.
go for total air exchange every 2 minutes.
