Good size and good bend. Now increase the bend the next day until the tip is below or at least equal to the highest point in the middle of the stem.
I bend with one index finger on the curve, feeling the tension in the stem. I think it's easy to feel when you should be stopping.

is it ok if there is like a 90 degree bend in the stem, but its not cracked?6 Plants, 4 Strains, 600 Watts

Yeah, or more, but not like a sharp 90 degree. You don't wanna crease the stem lol. Just get the top lower than the highest point of the stem. You can check out my grow log if you wanna see the difference LST'ing makes

they are "hydroton" or something, anyway the medium is coco and perlite with some of those on top and bottom to help with drainage and airation
