Cannabis life impact
Just to clarify, im in my ealry 20's. As far as the use of cannabis and parents are concerned, I think everyone has different experiences. It all depends on your background, family history and how open minded your parents actually are. My parents are from India, so the mentality is quite different. After being caught today, I feel incredibly guilty not for the effects that weed has on me, but rather all the greif I bring to my parents. They dont deserve it. It's a drug, it's not legal. That's a good enough reason for them to be very worried. It's not even worth educating them on the drug itself, since I know it will be a waste of time.

I spend my weekends playing poker with them, and at the table every 30-45 minutes somebody is liting one up. Sometimes 2 or 3 at the same time and we pass it around the table. I usually limit myself to 2 or 3 puffs max, and I let them handle the rest. When im around alot of people, by somoking I get very paranoid and have the negative effects I described earlyer. That's the reason I prefer to smoke alone.

). Anyway, I always feel guilty smoking near my parents and they even know I do it. Once I get out of the house (I go to college and live with 5 roommates, four of which smoke), all that anxiety is gone.
