Salvage. They're household light fixtures that have been thrown out when someone remodels their bedroom, garage, etc. (I'm a cheap bastard) They're usually rated to handle up to 60W bulbs in each socket, and my biggest CFTs are 42W, so they're well within their limits, capacity-wise.

That shelf is how big my grow closet is. 4.5 ft². No outside ventilation other than opening the door to look in. 7 x 27W CFT (6@6500K, 1@2700K) ea 1600L+ Total 11200L+ or ~2500L / ft² That is what 11200L looks like through a cheezy webcam.
